Kiff Review 2023 Tv Show Series Season Cast Crew Online
New Disney series Kiff combines colorful animation, humor, and a whole lot of fun to create a new show families will love. This review is based solely off of the first three episodes of Kiff.
If you are looking for the next hit show that the whole family can enjoy, look no further than Disney’s Kiff. This series does a wonderful job of delivering on humor that adults and kids will find hilarious. It is fun and quirky, while showcasing a great animation style.
This series follows the adorable squirrel Kiff (Kimiko Glenn) and her bunny best friend Barry (H Michael Croner) as they try to navigate through life. They appear to be in middle school and have quite the plethora of adventures together. Kiff is very much a buddy comedy that breezes by, with each episode being two eleven-minute shorts.
A Buddy Comedy
For those who love Adventure Time and Regular Show, Kiff is right up your alley. These are some of my favorite animated shows as they are fun for viewers of all ages. Adventure Time is easily one of the best animated series out there and Kiff immediately gives off those same vibes.
After just three episodes, and six shorts, it is easy to become invested in Kiff and Barry. Their relationship is similar to that of Finn and Jake’s (from Adventure Time) and Mordecai and Rigby’s (from Regular Show) and it totally gives me life — and will for many others who are already fans of these two series.
The biggest difference here is that it is a little bit less adult than those television shows, however it does have a lot of humor that will tickle the funny bones of both kids and adults.
Hidden among all the humor, there are actually quite a few good life lessons to be taught. They aren’t shoved in your face but if you pay enough attention you will see messages about family, friendship, and honesty. All things that are important in life.
That said, Kiff really is all about the fun. These two kids are quirky and silly and things definitely do not always go their way. Barry and Kiff certainly don’t make the right decisions all the time, in fact, most of the time it takes a while to get there. This is where the humor comes in.
The good thing is Kiff doesn’t necessarily teach young ones to push boundaries and do things you aren’t supposed to do by rewarding the bad behavior.
Disney’s Kiff is an absolute blast. The humor is spot on and the animation is a real treat. This is a series that families can enjoy together, which is becoming more and more rare. There are a whole slew of interesting characters that make an appearance in the show, each of which will entertain.
Thanks to the short length of the episodes, they fly by. Each one tells a cohesive story, meaning that they don’t have to be viewed in any particular order. Even with the series feeling a bit like Adventure Time, this is where it differs, as the majority of that series needs to be watched in order.
It’s fun, silly, and a great way to pass your time. If your family is looking for their new favorite animated series, Kiff could be it.
