School Spirits Review 2023 Tv Show Series Season Cast Crew Online

I usually wait until the end of a show before reviewing, but I’ve seen enough to know that, barring a major change in writing/directing, my opinion won’t change much.

I actually like this show! The murder mystery is about as mysterious as an old “Perry Mason” episode (where you figure everything out within the 1st 10 minutes and spend the rest of the time playing a drinking game out of the D. A.’s tantrums, predicting the under-oath-mental breakdown, and/or Googling the actors to see who was still alive the year you were born). But, there is more than enough (without being too much) to keep us interested: intersecting love triangles with a paranormal twist, ghost backstories, and general teenaged angsty stuff.

The chemistry between the characters is pretty good, and their friendships are believable even though they’re from different generations. Plus, the characters are likable, even those you don’t want to like.

Though the show is centered around Maddie (as it should), Rhonda keeps the show interesting. If IDGAF were a person, it would be Rhonda. Yet, she has The Tea on everyone (living or dead).
